Data Processing Framework

This document constitutes the formal declaration of data processing activities conducted by OfferStreamer, formulated in strict accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Scope of Data Acquisition & Technical Metadata

OfferStreamer operates on a principle of data minimization. However, certain technical metadata is automatically harvested by our server infrastructure to maintain operational security and ensure service availability. This metadata includes, but is not limited to, Internet Protocol (IP) addresses, User-Agent strings, referring URLs, and precise timestamps of server requests.

This information is utilized exclusively for diagnosing technical irregularities, preventing malicious exploits (DDoS mitigation), and internal traffic analysis. This data is stored within secured server logs and is subject to automated rotation and deletion protocols unless required for ongoing legal or security investigations.

2. Cookie Architecture & Tracking Technologies

The platform utilizes persistent and session-based tracking technologies to facilitate core functionality. These are categorized into 'Essential Operational Cookies' and 'Attribution Tracking Cookies'. Essential cookies are mandatory for the technical stability of the web application and cannot be deactivated within our systems.

Attribution Tracking is utilized solely to monitor the efficacy of our affiliate relationships. When a user engages with an outbound link (e.g., 'Claim Offer'), tracking parameters are passed to the recipient operator's domain. At this juncture, the user becomes subject to the privacy protocols of the third-party operator. OfferStreamer does not utilize cross-site tracking to build commercial profiles or engage in behavioral advertising.

3. Third-Party Attribution & Operator Responsibility

OfferStreamer serves as an information-broadcasting medium. Upon redirection to a third-party casino operator, our data processing jurisdiction terminates. These third-party entities are independent Data Controllers under the law and are solely responsible for the handling of your registration, financial, and KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation.

We expressly disclaim any liability for the data retention practices or privacy breaches occurring on third-party platforms. It is the user's explicit responsibility to review the privacy documentation of any operator prior to the submission of personal identifiers.

4. Analytical Oversight

Aggregate, non-identifiable usage statistics are processed through hardened analytical engines. This data is used to optimize the stream's performance and content relevance. We have configured these services to ensure that IP masking and other privacy-preserving technologies are active at all times, preventing the reconstruction of individual user identities from aggregated data sets.

5. Statutory Data Subject Rights

Pursuant to UK statutory law, users retain the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of their personal data. Given our minimal data collection footprint, such requests are typically restricted to communication logs resulting from direct email contact.

Formal requests must be submitted in writing through the protocols defined on our Contact page. OfferStreamer will verify the identity of the requester to the standard required by law before releasing or modifying any data. We maintain a strict 30-day window for responding to verified statutory requests.

6. Framework Amendments

This Data Processing Framework is subject to periodic internal review and may be amended to reflect changes in regulatory requirements or technical architecture. Continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes an acknowledgment of the revised framework. The 'Last Updated' timestamp serves as the definitive version control for this document.
